What we do today to help keep bookings safe.
Partner verification
We check a partner's driving licence details on the government Parivahan portal. Partners provide a police verification certificate and one proof of address themselves. We review all three before activating a partner's account, and a partner can accept bookings only after activation. Your documents are used by CarKey to verify you. Customers see only your name, photo, rating and, during a trip, your live location.
Booking records in the app
Your bookings are recorded in the app, so you and our support team can refer to the details of a booking if a question comes up.
Support when you need it
Email support@getcarkey.in. Support hours: 9 AM to 10 PM IST, every day. Typical response time: We usually reply within 30 minutes during support hours.
In an emergency
If you are in danger or someone is hurt, contact the emergency services first (in India, dial 112). Then tell us about it at the support email above.
