For customers
- How does booking work?
- Open CarKey: Hire a Driver, sign in with your phone number using a one-time password, and enter your booking details. A partner accepts the booking and you can follow its status in the app. The customer app is coming soon.
- Does the driver drive my own car?
- Yes. CarKey connects you with a professional driver who drives your own car. You are not renting a vehicle.
For partners
- What documents do partners provide?
- Partners provide their driving licence number and date of birth, a police verification certificate that they apply for themselves, and one proof of address. Submitting documents does not guarantee approval. Become a partner
- How does CarKey check partners?
- We check a partner's driving licence details on the government Parivahan portal. Partners provide the police verification certificate and proof of address themselves. We review all three before activating a partner's account. Safety
General
- How do I delete my account?
- Partners can go to Profile → Delete account in the partner app, or email us. We aim to complete deletion within a few days, and always within 30 days of your request. The delete account page explains what is deleted and what is kept. Delete account
