How it works

Simple for customers. Straightforward for partners.

For customers

The customer app is coming soon.

  1. Book a driver

Open CarKey: Hire a Driver, sign in with your phone number and enter your pickup details.

  2. Get matched

A partner accepts your booking. You can follow the booking status in the app.

  3. Your car, their driving

Your driver drives your own car to your destination. Payment is handled as shown in the app.

For partners

  1. Sign up and submit documents

Download CarKey Partner, sign in with your phone number, enter your driving licence number and date of birth, and upload your police verification certificate and one proof of address.

  2. Get verified

We check your licence details on the government Parivahan portal and review all three items before activation. You can see your verification status in the app.

  3. Accept bookings and earn

Go on duty, accept bookings near you and track your earnings in the app.
